Launch of the Stress & Anxiety Companion app


We’re very pleased to announce the launch of the Stress & Anxiety Companion, a mental resilience iPhone app based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

The app is a collaboration between Prosper co-founder Dan Bladon and pyschologist, Dr Robin Hart. 

Robin helped Dan deal with some chronic anxiety he experienced after suffering from a serious sporting nerve injury. He introduced Dan to CBT and after two months he was feeling much better. Almost ten years after meeting Dr. Hart, Dan owns Prosper, an app development company, and has been able to realise his ambition to create a therapeutic mobile tool useful for people to manage their stress and anxiety whilst on the move.

The finished app includes tools to help users relax and reduce the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety, manage and reframe negative thinking, access easy to digest information about stress and anxiety and create innovative ‘Companion Thought Cards’ which let users visualise and share key insights with friends and family.
